This is one of the keys to be productive and not to get lost between all the stimulus of our contemporary world.
But, how to do it?
Well, I made a little research and apparently this has to be an habit, but there are a few steps to make this habit part of our life:
- To be deliberate about the time that you allow to the task in question.
- Organize that time.
- And to follow your own schedule, with breaks and all.
This 3 simple steps happen to work for me, but I apply a last one:
4. Please don’t over thinking!!! Just do it!!!.
At the beginning is difficult, but along the way just work! And believe me, I’m a person with severe problems of hyperactivity and if I can do it, you of course can do it!.
